Manish is a distinguished professional and an esteemed alumnus of Hindu College, Delhi University, followed by MBA from the prestigious Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. His illustrious career commenced in 1988 when he joined Indian Oil and has since climbed the ranks through sheer dedication and expertise. Presently at the helm of the Strategic Information Systems (SIS), Mr. Grover leads the Digital Transformation team at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). His strategic vision fuels a multi-year digital transformation journey aimed at expediting the implementation of identified digital initiatives, fostering strategic IT and Digital capabilities across IOCL, and instilling a company-wide shift towards digital awareness. With a rich history at IOCL spanning 35 years, Mr. Grover has excelled in various roles, notably in LPG marketing, where he served in diverse capacities, including a significant tenure at the Mumbai Head Office. During this period, he played a pivotal role in collaborating with the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, facilitating the implementation of flagship government initiatives like the Direct Benefit Transfer of Subsidy in LPG (DBTL-PAHAL) and the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojna (PMUY), providing LPG access to 80 million impoverished households. His contributions led to the recognition of the PAHAL scheme in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "World's largest cash benefit transfer program.
